Hearts’s Desire Beach

Hearts’s Desire Beach

Heart’s Desire Beach is a nice sheltered beach within Tomales Bay State Park. Located over Inverness Ridge, the beach is protected from the wind and large surf. The beach is on the small side and therefore great to keep an eye on the kids. There are restrooms, picnic tables and barbecues available. Parking is close so one doesn’t have to drag all the kids toys, etc. too far.

The park includes forests, beaches, field, hills, meadows and marshes – each with its own plant life, including varieties of trees, shrubs and wildflowers.
